Upon approval, you may continue with the article and the rest of your research paper for Module/Week 7. Criteria There are a great deal of topics from organizational behavior. They range in a broad manner, but as you will see in the course, we approach many in a problem-solving framework. 1. Identify a problem within your organization that relates to organizational behavior (example: organizational commitment, job dissatisfaction,etc.). If you are not associated with an organization at this time, you may choose a company with faculty approval. 2. Research theories (example: Theory X and Y, Equity Theory, Maslow’s Theory) that relate to your identified problem, and explore current insights to use for your research paper. 3. Be sure to save the article link or file for proper submission. Submit a Word file with a summary of your article, topic, and the link or copy to your article. Please provide the reference in APA citation. You may find that your Chapter 1 readings will assist you in developing ideas and understanding for these criteria.
